1) The goal of this collaboration: Sapporo Ramen, one of the Top 3 of Japanese ramen, is popular with a wide audience due to its unique soup base, elastic noodles, and the traditional taste of miso, soy sauce, and salt. For the sake of our American ramen enthusiasts, we have more than 60 years of history of cooperation with Xishan Ramen company in the introduction and promotion of Sapporo ramen so that people here can also enjoy this kind of authentic ramen.

2) Soup base: We use pork bone and aged chicken, together with pig and chicken feet that are rich in collagen, achieving the most optimal combination of pork and chicken, as well as ginger, onion, carrot, garlic, and finally adding Khumbu and dried shellfish, to effectively combine together and cook into our sweet and delicious soup base.

3) Noodles: After years of research by the Xishan Ramen Company, using its advanced technology, the natural Hokkaido’s pure spring water, and Hokkaido’s unique flour, a truly delicious and flavorful noodle is created. Our noodles are imported directly from Xishan in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and its unique taste will give our customers great satisfaction.
